HOT BARRE
Barre classes incorporate movements and postures from ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Throughout the class, isometric strength training and core work are combined with high-rep toning exercises. Handheld weights are also used to intensify the burn! Add heat and energizing music, and our hot barre classes are fun and rewarding.
HOT YOGA
The benefits of yoga are too numerous to put into one paragraph. Adding heat takes yoga to another level. We have chosen a perfect balance of heat and humidity to make sure you get the best out of your hot yoga class.
